Medicare always tried to incentivize providers to connect with elderly patients more actively, rather than waiting until their condition has worsened to visit them. Therefore in 2019 Medicare’s RPM program compensates medical providers for reviewing and monitoring patients data from solutions like AvinoHealth RPM, which is simply using advanced technology to capture the health related data from patients and make it available for remote review and monitoring by a medical provider that is not physically present with the patient.
You can enroll a Medicare patients with at least one chronic disease via the AvinoHealth portal if you’ve identified and obtained their consent to participate in our remote patient monitoring program. The process is straightforward:
1. Fill in their basic information (name, address, etc).
2. Have them to agree to the AvinoHealth User Agreement by signing it.
3. Enrolled patients will receive AvinoHealth device(s), ready to use with cellular connectivity.
The medical providers will be linked to the devices they recommended, so that your patients will only need to unwrap the package and begin using the device(s).

– The practice must reviews and approves all patients that are enrolled in the RPM program.
